about LED Mask

Why use an LED Mask?

LED light therapy is a proven, safe, and painless way to target a wide range of skin concerns. Different light wavelengths penetrate the skin at various depths, stimulating natural processes that help the skin heal, glow, and strengthen over time.

Benefits of Using the LED Mask

♦Red Light (630nm)

  • Stimulates collagen and elastin production
  • Reduces fine lines and improves skin firmness
  • Speeds up skin healing and regeneration

Blue Light (470nm)

  • Targets acne-causing bacteria
  • Calms active breakouts
  • Helps reduce oil production and inflammation

Yellow Light (590nm)

  • Boosts circulation and lymphatic flow
  • Reduces redness and calms sensitive skin
  • Promotes skin brightness and tone evenness

Near-Infrared (850nm)

  • Penetrates deeply to support tissue repair
  • Reduces inflammation and muscle tension
  • Excellent for wound healing and deeper rejuvenation
How often should I use it?

Start with 3–4 sessions per week, for 10–20 minutes each.
You can increase frequency as your skin adjusts. Use on clean, dry skin — and follow up with your favourite serums and moisturiser.

Who sgouldn't use an LED Mask?

  • If you’re taking medication that increases light sensitivity (like certain antibiotics or acne meds)
