Dermablock 30+ New Packaging Giveaway: Official Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter
The promoter is Dermatech New Zealand, based in Christchurch, New Zealand.

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to New Zealand residents only.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Dermatech, their immediate family members, or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
To enter, participants must leave an honest review on the Dermatech Google Business Profile.
Important: Entry is based on the act of leaving a review, not the specific rating given. Both positive and constructive feedback qualify as a valid entry.
Verification: Since Google does not provide reviewer contact details to business owners, entrants must reply to the promotional email or contact info@dermatech.co.nz with their Google username or a screenshot of the review to confirm their entry.

4. The Prize
There are five (5) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of:

1 x 100ml Dermablock 30+ (New Packaging)
1 x 30ml Dermablock 30+ (New Packaging)
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability.

5. Competition Period
The giveaway opens on 24/02/2026 and closes at 11:59 PM on 08/03/2026. Reviews submitted outside of this period will not be eligible for the draw.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Five (5) winners will be chosen at random from all verified entries.
Winners will be notified via the email address used to confirm their entry within five (5) working days of the closing date.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Dermatech reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

7. Data Protection
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation (Privacy Act 2020) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

8. Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google. By entering, you confirm that you release Google from any responsibility associated with this giveaway.

9. General
Dermatech reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside of its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
